DAMAGE IN HYPERTENSION: Limit your intake of sugary drinks

According to a recent study in London, sugary drinks increase the risk of hypertension.
Researchers have shown, after analyzing data on about 2,500 people, who drink more than 355 ml per day of fruit juice or sweetened carbonated drinks increase the levels of blood pressure. The study has therefore stressed the need not exceed the consumption of sweetened beverages that may damage the blood vessel tone and adjust the levels of salt in the body.
