Adolescents who have a retraction of the foreskin should undergo circumcision.
This happens in Italy about 10% of boys. This intervention could reduce the sensitivity but has the advantage of better hygiene, so that it would decrease the risk of sexually transmitted diseases and cancer, at least according to what emerged from the last meeting of the European Society of Sexual Medicine.
